BOOKING, RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we do require 48 hours notice. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your booking fee. If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice, you are able to send someone else in your place.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you need to reschedule, we are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking provided 48 hours notice has been given. Rescheduling your treatment can be done one (1) of two (2) ways.
1. CALL our salon on 0459 258 762 to do so. DO NOT text or use social platforms to let us know that you need to move your appointment. Unfortunately not all messages make it through, so calling is the best option to ensure we are able to transfer your booking fee to your next appointment. If you choose to message, and we do not receive it, your booking fee will be forfeited. If we are unable to answer the phone due to being with clients, we will call you back as soon as we can.
2. Use the RESCHEDULING LINK which can be found in your booking confirmation email. This is the quickest and easiest option.
A 40% booking fee is required at the time of booking your appointment. Your booking is not finalized until your booking fee has been received. This amount will then be deducted from the total amount due at the time of your appointment. Failure to complete the booking fee will result in your booking being removed from our system and your allocated time may be given to someone else.
LATE ARRIVALS / WEARING MAKEUP
Arriving late or wearing make up to your appointment may mean we have to shorten the length of your service, so as not to inconvenience our other clients. The full cost of your service will still apply.
No shows will not be re-booked.
